Visitor Part III

So, I thought I should show you a picture of the space I have lost in bed! I mean, Reggie is taking over EVERYTHING! She's been sleeping with both of my mommies and I just don't understand why they are letting her get away with this.

Although, Mom did yell at her when she ran after Babie Kitty. We have a very strict rule that you are not allowed to chase cats in this house -- and, Mom gets really mad if I chase cats anywhere else, too.

Can you keep a secret?

I'm actually kind of, well, liking having Reggie around. I mean, she was a pain in the rear, but now that she's calmed down a little, she's not so bad. It's fun having someone to play with. I mean, I like the cats and all, but they don't play. We've wrestled some and chased each other in the yard and it really hasn't been so bad.

Now, if I could just get her to stay off the furniture! Mommie is letting her sit on the big ottoman, but she told me not to get any ideas.

Know what else?

Da Boys left last night and I kind of, sort of miss them all ready. I mean, they're always dropping food and they let me kiss them lots. Plus, they're really cute and a lot of fun, but don't tell anyone I said that. It'll be our little secret.

The Visitor Part II

Reggie is still with us! I mean, she hasn't left yet and I keep telling her to take off, but she's not listening to me. She's taken over my spot on the bed AND she sits on the top part of the couch and looks out the window! I'm not allowed to do that!

Well, at least she likes kids. My little human nephews were here again this weekend. Alex stole Reggie's treat right out of her mouth! She didn't even try to get it back. She just sat there a whined! Mom took it from him and gave it back to her. She even told Reggie what a good dog she is.

Reggie's parents have two collars on her. One is normal, but the other one is a choke collar, well, Grandma was here this weekend and she didn't like the choke collar, so off it went. She said that Reggie is too small for such a mean looking collar!

I've got some more pictures of Reggie, but I need to upload them, so stay tuned! Mom was sick with the flu all weekend, so she didn't take as many as she normally would take.

They're wearing their Kasey Khane outfits. Kasey finished fourth in this week's race, so maybe they're on to something! Mom won the pool this week, while Mommie took fifth. So, they're both pretty happy. My big sister, Kim, she's dead last!

The Visitor...

For some reason, Mom thought it would be okay for us to watch her boss's dog for a whole week! I mean a full seven days and then some! I don't know what she was thinking, but I think she has lost her mind!

Anyway, meet Reggie. She is a Beagle mixed with something I can't identify. She's loud and she's all ready figured out how to get through the catdoor to the basement -- which is totally against the rules. Besides, why would any good dog lower themselves to using a cat door? She jumps on the furniture, which is a definite no-no in this house. And, she took my spot at the end of the bed!

I think my moms have completely lost their minds! Letting this dog stay with us. Since she isn't sure how to act around cats, I have to keep watch over her every minute. But, at least Babie Kitty is starting to warm up to her and has decided to give it a chance.

I'll be writing a lot this to keep you all posted on the comings and goings.
