Sorry I haven't posted...

I have sad news to report, Great-Grandpa Maynard passed away last week. Mommie was bummed, as was everyone else in the family. She went to the funeral alone, so I stayed home and helped Mom with the boys and Reggie. The boys came back the morning Mommie left for the funeral.

Now, it's been a week later and things are a little more back to normal. Reggie went home on March 5th. I kind of miss her. She kept things interesting. Plus, she knew how to open up cupboards to search for treats. She can come back anytime. She's going to teach me how to get into the treat chest!

The boys left on that Monday. I was sorry to see them go, too. If you wait until they're done eating, you get to clean up their faces and the floor!!! What could be better than that! Mushed up sweet potatoes here I come. I guess we won't be seeing them for another month.

Mommie has been putting in a lot of hours at work, so we don't play as much as we used to. She even fell asleep on the couch. Normally, I would wake her up to go to bed, but last night, I just let her sleep.

So, now, my house is nice a quiet and boring. So, yesterday, when Mom was working in the basement, I snuck over to the cats' dish and ate some of their food. I just wanted to keep Mom on her toes.
